The Orchestra
The Huanghe Symphony Orchestra is a professional symphony orchestra rooted in the heartland of China, reaching out to the nation and the world. Guided by the mission of carrying forward the excellence of Chinese traditional culture and the spirit of the Yellow River, the orchestra is devoted to the innovative fusion of Chinese orchestral traditions and Western symphonic art, telling Chinese stories and conveying the strength of China through grand and refined music.

Ensemble & Team
Our musicians come from leading music academies and orchestras at home and abroad, forming a complete and highly skilled ensemble with full string, woodwind, brass, percussion and harp sections. We regularly collaborate with renowned conductors and soloists from around the world, presenting a rich repertoire from the Baroque to the contemporary, from Chinese classics to masterpieces of the world.
